Great to be part of a roundtable this morning discussing the future of finance in Canada.
Canada is one of the last G7 countries to implement a national stablecoin framework.
If we want to keep our financial system globally competitive and protect the sovereignty of the Canadian dollar, we need to let Canadian fintechs and innovators develop the financial technologies of tomorrow instead of holding them back and creating uncertainty.
