The plan has always been to have separate votes on GENIUS and CLARITY. I am glad cooler heads prevailed and we can now move forward. It is my hope that we demonstrate a strong bipartisan vote on our market structure bill in the House which will give us the best chance to deliver on President Trump’s crypto agenda!
