Cryptocurrency represents financial freedom, innovation, and privacy. A Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) would undermine all of those. My bill ends CBDCs. I applaud the House of Representatives for passing this bill, and I call upon my colleagues in the Senate to take it up and advance it expeditiously.
