Stablecoins are a hot topic, but like anything new and flashy, we need to make sure the American people are protected from potential risks.
That’s why I’m introducing an amendment to the GENIUS Act that would require stablecoins to meet commonsense standards like other financial products.
It’s a simple move to protect our families and there’s no reason anyone should reject it.
