I commend the decision by @SECGov to finally approve the #ETH ETP. This week, I sent a letter with colleagues on both sides of the aisle asking for the SEC to maintain a consistent, fair, and equitable approach for digital asset-backed ETPs. I'm glad to finally get this done.
