As we continue to advance President Trump's effort to make America the "crypto capital of the world", I am glad to see my bill head to President Trump's desk to be signed into law.
The Securing Innovation in Financial Regulation Act – included in the CLARITY Act – codifies Lab ub. This will bring needed regulatory clarity in the digital assets market to encourage innovation and stay competitive globally.
Both of these offices will make the Commissions more accessible to market participants and foster FinTech innovation.
