The US govt needs to provide clarity for digital asset innovation to occur here in the US, which is the opposite of what the Biden Admin is doing. Hopefully this marks a turning point for crypto & makes the @SECGov think twice before bringing new lawsuits. ccn.com/news/us-senato…
