O Banco Central mudou o discurso? O Drex foi apresentado como a moeda digital do Banco Central. Agora, tentam dizer que não é uma CBDC e que não há riscos de centralização porque usa DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology). A DLT, em tese, reduz intermediários. Mas o Drex segue restrições no uso do dinheiro. A narrativa mudou, mas os riscos continuam.
